if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange or return your items within 30 days of receiving them. please follow the steps below:

• click on the link to start the exchange or return process.
• just follow the instructions to ship the package.
• make sure to attach the receipt or invoice of the original purchase.
• make sure that every item that you had received is unused, with tags and in the same condition as you received it. this includes tote bags and other articles. 

please take in consideration that you're entitled to one free exchange per order. if you would like to exchange an item more than once, there's an extra shipping cost associated that might vary depending on the country you're in. we will inform you via e-mail.

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

refunds are only valid for online purchases, in-store bought items are non refundable
